Discussion on Mental Health Treatment:

Therapy is a form of treatment that involves talking with a trained mental health professional to address and manage mental health conditions. It can help individuals develop coping skills, improve communication, and build self-esteem. This workshop will focus on ways to reduce stigma and promote mental health awareness.

We will also offer HIV Aids Testing; Self-care Activity Station; and Art Therapy.

FREE and open to the public! *light refreshments will be served.

Experience health screenings, educators, fitness demonstrations, engaging booths filled with health information to empower you to take responsibility for your health, and a variety of fun interactive superhero activity stations that are sure to make the day memorable!

This resource fair is a convenient opportunity for Collinwood residents and families to talk to multiple agencies in the community all in one central location. This FREE event will feature booths and displays representing various community resources, services, and programs that can provide assistance, advice and support.
